It is truly an honor to be inducted as the new president of our organization. I want to begin by thanking all of you for the trust, confidence, and support you have placed in me. I am both humbled and excited to serve in this role.

Today marks the beginning of a new chapter for our organization. A chapter filled with opportunity, collaboration, and growth. Every member here brings unique talents, ideas, and energy, and it is that collective strength that makes this organization special.

As president, my goal is to ensure that we continue to build a community where every voice is heard, every member feels valued, and every idea has the chance to grow. Leadership is not about one person; it is about all of us working together toward a shared vision. Together, we will continue to strengthen our mission, support one another, and make a meaningful impact.

My vision for our organization is to increase in numbers and opportunities, to unify and strengthen our profession, to respect, lift and to support each other. To be more diversified where in we can learn from our other cultures and create an impact on our community.

I want to recognize the leaders and members who came before us. Their dedication laid the foundation that we stand on today, and we will continue to honor that legacy through our commitment and hard work.

In the days ahead, I encourage each of you to stay engaged, bring forward your ideas, and support one another. When we work together with purpose and passion, there is no limit to what we can accomplish.
