PNAGA is honored to partner with International Bible Church (IBC) to provide a FREE Community Health Screening & Education Program for our community.

Saturday, 10 AM - 2 PM
Location: North Henry Baptist Church Gym
1093 Flat Rock Rd Stockbridge, Ga. 30281
Purpose: To serve the underserved
Overview: PNAGA, along with volunteer providers (MD and NPs), Nursing Students, and nurses, provides health screening and education, to include:
Vital Signs (BP), Blood Sugar, Cholesterol Screening (Meet Criteria)
Mental Health Screening
Self Breast Exam Education
CPR Community Education
Referrals provided as needed:
Hands of Hope - referral
GMA Clinic- for colonoscopy candidates
Provide information on free clinics and resources to patients
