Camp Aruga: Building Leaders, Strengthening Connections, Inspiring Service 10/23-10/25/2026

PNAGA was proud to be represented at the PNAA South Central Region (SCR) Camp Aruga Leadership Bootcamp, an enriching experience that brought together Filipino-American nurses from the SCR for leadership development, collaboration, and fellowship.

Throughout the bootcamp, participants had the opportunity to gain valuable leadership insights, exchange ideas, learn from experienced leaders, and strengthen connections with fellow nurses who share a passion for professional growth and service.

Beyond the lessons and activities, Camp Aruga reminded us of the importance of mentorship, teamwork, and bayanihan, the spirit of working together toward a common goal. It was also an opportunity to build friendships, share experiences, and bring home fresh perspectives that can help strengthen our local organizations.

For PNAGA, investing in leadership development means investing in the future of our organization and the next generation of Filipino-American nurse leaders.

We return to Georgia with grateful hearts, renewed inspiration, and a deeper commitment to lead, serve, and grow together.

Because great leaders don't just lead today, they inspire the leaders of tomorrow!

Mabuhay, PNAA SCR! Mabuhay, PNAGA!
